Each series has a clearly defined focus, designed to accommodate student’s needs and goals. Students prepare a variety of dishes and cook nourishing, satisfying meals with ease and joy. Hands-on plant-based or pescatarian global, seasonal cooking using organic, locally sourced ingredients.

Private Cooking Workshops or Demos for groups of 3 -50

Hands-on plant-based or pescatarian global, seasonal cooking using organic, locally sourced ingredients. Focus on knife skills and maximizing health benefits from food. Cost varies depending on menu and group size
