Teacher Trainings

 

Onsite or in Nancy’s teaching kitchen.

6 hour training

Learn to teach food awareness and cooking to students of all ages. Teachers learn best practices and logistics of working with food and teaching cooking to various age groups.

They learn to integrate lessons into general and/or Jewish curricula and they receive Resources and Curriculum Materials for 12-weeks including all recipes, worksheets and supplementary language arts materials. Ongoing mentoring available.  Costs vary depending on location and group size.

12-hour training

Learn to teach food awareness and cooking to students of all ages. Teachers learn best practices and logistics of working with food and teaching cooking to various age groups. Teachers learn how to teach specific skills, how to integrate lessons into general, Jewish Common Core and STEM curricula and receive Resources and Curriculum Materials for 26 weeks including all recipes, worksheets and supplementary language arts materials.  Ongoing mentoring available.  Costs vary depending on location and group size.
