We had an extraordinary dinner at the Palm Beach Gardens farm-to-table restaurant Coolinary Café. Knowing we’d be leaving for the airport before sunrise, I got a jar of their crunchy pickles to bring along on our trip.
Chef Tim Lipman sources most ingredients locally, as shown on the blackboard below. Cool.
Lipman shared the ingredients for his delicious refrigerator pickles, listed below. I don’t have the exact recipe, but it’s worth a trip to his fine restaurant to taste them, and many other original dishes on his innovative menu that changes daily. My kids ordered from the main menu, but they had a blast coloring the kids’ menu.
