On the first day of 2014, my husband made this colorful salad for breakfast. I’m not sure how he made it, but it sure tasted delicious.

Persian cucumbers, diced
grape tomatoes, halved
green and red leaf lettuces, chopped
celery stalks, cut
lemon juice
sea salt
black pepper
